Basic research on the complement system and other parts of the innate immune system
- Phage display to identify tool compounds modulating complement function
- Solid phase peptide synthesis and manual chemical peptide modification
- in vitro characterization of synthesized peptides with SPR, BLI, MST and other methods as well as in cell assays
